Having tried Orange in the past and not been impressed,Tesco mobile has been a big improvement.The phone packages are excellent value for money,they have a good range of services and are always helpful,you just can’t get to speak to someone in the evening.The signal quality is usually very good and their promise to give you the call for free if you get cust off is very reassuring to know. Whenever I have called to ask something I don’t get transfered about,and it’s nice to know they can help with a Pac Code problem. Several times when I first got connected I locked my phone,one quick call and it was sorted,even on a weekend.Many of my friends have switched to Tesco mobile from other companies and everyone says how good they are, I won’t be looking to move providers as I am totally happy with Tesco mobile.
